Before registration, please read the following document concerning the Processing of Your Personal Data in the Context of the Conference “19th International French-Polish Conference on Reactivity of Solids” organized by ENSAM :

Documents needed for registration by purchase order :

- For a legal entity (University, compagny, ...) :

• REQUEST FOR CREATION OF A CLIENT – Legal entity

- For a natural person (accompagnying person) :

• REQUEST FOR CREATION OF A CLIENT - natural person

Documents needed for registration by bank transfer :

Concerning bank transfer payment, please send a document mentioning your bank details  and IBAN 

Concerning students : 

Please send a certificate of student status
